Why do ETPN members get free registration?
NME25 is the 20h annual event of the European Technology Platform on Nanomedicine (ETPN). One of the key benefits of ETPN membership is free registration to our annual event, including access to all scientific sessions and social activities.
My organization is an ETPN member, how many colleagues can register?
You can register as many colleagues as you wish! The first two delegates from your organization can register for free. Additional attendees will receive a preferential rate of 249€ for the entire event.
Do You offer student discounts?
Yes, we do! PhD students can register for 249€ (instead of 499€) upon providing a valid student ID or a letter from their supervisor.
Do you offer bulk ticket purchase discounts?
Unfortunately, no. NME25 registration fees have been structured to accommodate all stakeholders in the nanomedicine and MedTech fields—from academic students to industry professionals. Large group discounts can be discussed on a case-by-case basis. Feel free to contact us!
How can my organization become an ETPN member?
Becoming an ETPN member is easy! ETPN memberships are available to legal organizations. Simply click here to start the process and enjoy free registration for NME25.
What is your refund policy?
No cancellation fees will apply up to 7 days before NME25 (May 20, 2025). If you cancel your registration less than one month before the event, the full amount will still be payable.
COVID-19 or other force majeure conditions:
If travel or attendance is restricted due to government regulations or public health advisories, no cancellation fees will apply. Refunds will be processed within 30 days. If the event is shifted to a virtual format, we will offer a special discount on registration fees. A refund will be issued to already registered attendees if relevant, within 30 days of the announcement.
